   1. Internal deliberations to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop strategy for negotiations, and instruct negotiators, related to 1800 E Tufts Avenue, pursuant to section 24-6-402(4)(e), Colorado Revised Statutes.
      1. Proposed motion: I move to enter into executive session pursuant to section 24-6-402(4)(e) to discuss matters subject to negotiations regarding 1800 East Tufts Avenue, and to develop strategies regarding same.
